Growing up, Myra was immersed in a world of creativity and artistry, which fueled her deep passion for architecture and design. Witnessing first hand her father's work in construction, she developed a keen interest in the transformation of buildings. Her mother's emphasis on creativity and hard work, encouraged Myra to explore various artistic endeavors, studying fine, graphic, and digital arts. She went on to obtain her CIDA accredited bachelor's in Interior Design at San Diego State University. It was there she forged a lasting friendship with Key, as they often collaborated on projects, leveraging their shared talents and complementary skills. Following graduation, Myra gained invaluable experience working at esteemed interior design and architectural firms, honing her expertise and expanding her knowledge of the industry. However, it was belief and shared vision that led her to partner once again with Key, co-founding My Key Interiors. Beyond her dedication to MKI, Myra devotes her time to ministry at her church, finding fulfillment in serving others.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Keychunté developed her passion for interior design visiting job sites with her father, a foreman electrician. This early exposure ignited her love for creating beautiful spaces. She pursued associate degrees in Social and Behavioral Science and Fine Arts before earning a CIDA accredited bachelor's degree in Interior Design from San Diego State University. With over a decade of experience working for esteemed commercial architecture and high-end residential firms, Key felt compelled to bring her own transformative designs to life by forming My Key Interiors with her college best friend Myra. Key's journey as an interior designer is marked by her numerous achievements, and dedication to making a positive impact. Key's recent involvement with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. showcases her commitment to community engagement and upliftment. Key cherishes precious moments with her husband and daughter, laughing until it hurts, dancing, karaoke, and indulging her passion for fashion.
Victoria is currently pursuing a master's degree in Interior Architecture & Design. She has multifaceted career aspirations spanning architecture, set design, and creative writing. Her background in project engineering and construction management ensures a well-rounded approach to design and implementation. She consistently contributes unique and innovative ideas that enhance the creative landscape. Her passion, expertise, and dedication undoubtedly make her a significant asset to the MKI team.
